Instructions
Step 1: Fry the Gond (Edible Gum)

Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.

Add gond crystals and fry on low-medium heat until they puff up.

Remove and crush lightly using a mortar and pestle or blend coarsely.
Step 2: Roast the Flour

In the same pan, add remaining ghee and roast whole wheat flour on low heat.
